Just wanted to know if anybody else has experienced problems with the after sales service as I'm really annoyed with the service I'm getting.

Was getting sh!te customer service before I even got to spec the car so pulled the order.
They didn't bat an eyelid, no apology, just a cheque back for £1500 with a compliments slip.

Does seem to be dealer dependent..... have a good relationship with my dealer, nothing is too much trouble.. on the other hand, previous dealer was complete arse and would do nothing unless you were having a tantrum in the middle of the show room!

they scratched a set of newly powder coated wheels on a Celica i once owned when they were fitting new tyres then denied all responsibillity, i parked across the bays and told any customers approaching what had happened. that was in the days when i worked continental shifts so i had four days a week to sit there and annoy 'em. the manager said i couldn't do that but when i pointed out to him i was doing it and, in fact, had 4 days a week to do it he soon changed his mind and paid for the wheels doing again plus some compensation for the loss of my car whilst it was being sorted.

Maybe you should have bought your car in Geordie land. called in with a query on the engine hesitation, the workshop manager took car out there and then to see problem first hand, got back and booked car in one day next week with loan car for me. said would contact Audi in meantime to see if they could rectified problem, wilst in showroom was asked if i wanted a cup of coffee at least twice. No problems with customer service here !!
