Lovely colour but like black will be difficult to keep looking clean and will tend to show stone chips etc very easily. I went for Avus and it looks stunning in the flesh, brocure images do not do it justice.

That is what Riz has/had I think - he will be able to give an opinion. He has ordered Sprint Blue for his RS4 though.

An interesting thought - personally I think Deep Blue Pearl it will look more like the pictures in the brochure:

rather than Sprint Blue in the flesh:

So yes it would like nice and subtly different. Not sure if it is worth the cost of the exclusive colour though - but that is your choice :D

In the shot of the RS4 in the flesh so to speak, the car on the right with it's bonnet up is an RS Blue RS2 (very close to Nogaro Blue) if that helps - definitely a shade or two darker.

I dont know why but Sprint Blue doesnt at all look like it does in the flesh, ive seen a few Sprint Blue RS4s now and a A4 spec`ed with the same colour and its just a shade under the Nagaro blue. (also more metallic)

Pictures dont do the colour justice IMO.

I used to have a Deep Blue R32 and it is a nice paint finish, the Sprint Blue is more matt looking compared the the Deep Blue... its very hard to explain... best thing to do is find a Sprint Blue car and have a closer look.

Here is another picture which shows you that pictures can be very misleading...

Riz, I know what you mean. I think Sprint Blue looks really good in the flesh and suits the RS4 really well. It is really bright and lively and certainly the colour that I am having. The colour varies quite a lot in different lighting.

Had my RS4, 3 weeks and got about 6/7 stone chips, don't really have to worry now as I have had Paint Shield do there thing on it to stop me getting pissed off. Worth every penny in my opinion.
