Tracker Echo.........and mudflaps

Picking my RS4 up on Thurs, but a couple of problems, any comments welcome?
I fancied Tracker Echo but have been told that as it isn't approved by Audi fitting will invalidate my warranty, so have had to have Horizon fitted instead.
Also no Audi mudflaps available due to 'bulging wheelarches' Wanted to fit them to prevent British summer road cr*p clinging to the side of the car. Anyone know of any after market options?

I'm surprised that buying a more expensive, improved version of the Tracker that Audi use will invalidate your entire warranty! Lazy attitude me thinks, might be worth asking a second opinion?

Not sure you'll have much luck with mudflaps, they were discussed for the B5 on here - not sure anyone ended up with anything conclusive.

Who told you Tracker Echo would invalidate the warranty? Bit concerned as mine is due to have it fitted this Thursday. I can't believe Audi would do that, would they?

Checked with Audi customer services and none of the Tracker installations void the waranty, as long as it it installed by Tracker.
