What tyres are standard and are there options?

I've seen suggestions that it comes with P Zero Corsas but also that these are options. If option, is it an option in the UK or elsewhere and how much and why not listed as an option in price list blah blah blah...?

Anyone, especially a lucky bugger who has taken delivery of theirs already, go any info?

I think some cars will come with P Zero`s as standard, all depends what stock the factory has at the time of production, most will come with Michelin Pilot Sports.

Both the demo & showroom cars I saw on Friday had P-zero's on. Noticed it because the P-Zero word on the tyres where coloured red.

I'm sure they are all good tyers but surely Audi have doen all their testing and suspension setup with a particular tyre in mind - just want the best for my baby!

Just been for another look at mine down at the dealers - it is wearing Michelin Pilot Sports.

I would love to get P-Zero`s on mine but the Michelins have never let me down.... good overall performance vs wear.

I think the P-Zero`s are better but might not last aslong....... fingers crossed for Zero`s!

On 'wear' I opted for Audi Fixed Price Servicing, or whatever they term it, for the S4 Cab I have. 2 years, 6 tyers and a few brake pads for about £660 a year. Thinking about the same for RS4 given I will probably were tyers out every 6-9k miles

Thoughts?

Will probably be more than 1k a year fixed price system but that is a set of tyres

The one I drove wore Rossos, one of the most hated tyres from the B5.

Good wear from them, but dreadful tramlining when worn.

Are the P-Zero's really that poo on the S4? I was half tempted by them for my S4.

I also noticed the the Lancer Evo wears Yokohama Advan std, we all know what the grip on them is like.>!>

Simple 1, I have two lots of Continentals on my M3 and very happy with them, not noisy and wear really well.
