I wouldnt go for the door detail options myself! LOL

Looks very stealth in Daytona. Spoke to a rep in Audi Aberdeen who reckoned it looked crap in grey. Disagree.

Why oh why did you have to show those pics.

At the time of ordering I was torn between 'discreet' daytona or 'in yer face' misano....... you can guess which one I went for can't you :bash:

Peugeot 205 1.9 GTI-S - 1991/J

Audi Q7 3.0TDI - 2011/11

I am glad I went for Daytona, at the time of ordering the salesman (Aberdeen) tried to persuade me to go with Avus, and also tried to put me off the sports suspension but I knew as soon as I saw one with it if I didn’t have it I would be gutted.

The Misano one at specialist does look nice but that car would struggle not to be impressive in any of the colours maybe the only exception being goodwood. Was out in it on Saturday and it truly is an awesome piece of kit.

It is the way forward but turns out it is the most popular colour which might lessen the exclusivity but hey I think it is the nicest.

I was out with Tony about 11:45ish on Sat. You are welcome, but the pleasure was all mine!!

Be insterseted in the harder suspention and how i fares in day to day use i found the stanard setup with the 19's on the test drive firm enough and we were on the back roads some nice twistys and lumps and bumps seemed to soak them up no prob's and was tight in the corners too i would think the harder set up with 19's could be too hard for day to day but only time will tell any way i'm just geeen caus i'll have to wair a couple of years before i change to a younger model avant of course :) :nogarors4:

I reckon judging by the quality of the ride on the non sports suspension demo I drove the sports plus suspension will be pretty well tuned but as you rightly said only time will tell. will let you know a week on wednesday.

South deeside road or back road to newtonhill by chance?

The guy who bought this vehicle doesnt get til June. It will have seen a fair bit of action by then although capped to 1500 miles. Nearly new for full list price?
