If anyone is interested, there is a brand new UK Audi main dealer supplied RS4 with top spec in Mugello available late March/1st week of April. Its via a broker, but he is a top guy and it is a straight forward deal - you can even take delivery at the supplying Audi dealers (North East).

In addition to this, he also has a couple of other RS4's arriving in May I believe. Not sure on spec, but I think one is Phantom Black. Again, same UK dealer supplied.

Yes, they are 'cancelled' orders which will upset some people who have had their names on the list for 18 months (me included) and in response to any questions that might be asked, ignore what Audi UK say or want, the supplying Audi dealership have promised that the purchaser will definitely be the first registered keeper on the V5, no question.

Dealer's have got cars in stock at list. Most are meant to be showroom/demo cars but some dealers will sell them for 1 March if you ask.

Yes, I got exactly that today too. I spoke to 5 main dealers (all London region) and 3 had physical RS4's to sell me 1st week of March. All 3 also said I'd be 1st registered owner!! So much for Audi UK's controlling of the sale of RS4's, ie: top drawer ordering..... ha, ha, ha, what a joke!

i was in Northampton audi today getting the RS6 serviced. They had two red ones in the showroom and the sales guy said one of them was up for grabs. (one was locked!)

Looked great but very tight inside for us big fat kids. I am not sure I would get the kids behind me in te car seat but then again they should be with the wife i suppose you will say.

looked under the bonnet but would n t let me start her up. Lovely looking curves!

My local Audi dealer have 2, yes, 2 brand new RS4's arriving anyday. Both are cancelled orders and, you've guessed it, you will be the first registered keeper on either one!

I should mention that these 2 'cancelled orders' are in addition to their own demo, so potentially 3 new RS4's at one dealership!

Bit worrying really. What I'd like to know is who are all these people that keep cancelling orders?

Not me! I've learnt never to plan too far ahead. I dont even know what I'm doing tomorrow yet so ordering a new car that hadn't even been built yet is crazy talk in my language. Maybe just some speculative peeps taking a punt? Perhaps some orders placed early doors before much was known about production numbers? As the story unveiled perhaps they changed their minds, other cancellations may just be down to change of heart or circumstances, other new production cars coming on stream?

It seems that a few guys here have found a few new RS4's available from Main dealers?

I am interested in one for 1st March, will anyone care to advise which dealers have any surplus stock? A contact name would be handy too.

Any one care to elaborate on where these cars are? A friend of mine may be after one, especially the London dealers.

Yes me to, where and what specs are available..I have one ordered but it may be a long wait!

A good friend of mine tells me that Amersham Audi will have at least one for sale mid-March, maybe even two. Don't know about spec's or anything, probably best to ring 'em, was told to ask for 'Tim'. Don't know the number, but I think they are located North London area.

Sorry I should've mentioned, that my local dealer did have 2 available, but both have now been sold! He told me one was really billy basic, ie: no sat-nav, no CD changer, etc, etc. Don't think that will resale very easily.
