I spotted this pic of a daytona RS4 on AW >>> http://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/2260842.phtml

Not sure I like the look of the grey paint and red tail lights - maybe is just a bad photo?

Chaps or those who voted (7) a lot of u have gone for Mugello Blue ..which is dark blue (navy) the Sprint Blue (brochure) is not on the poll, so I guess you've all voted for the wrong blue (except me) I went for Mugello. altho I ordered Balck!

Bugger!

Moderators can you add Sprint Blue to the poll, left it off by mistake.

Thanks.

I wonder how many people will actually have the balls to go for Imola......

I would love to go for Imola but I can't afford to lose that much money at resale time. How much difference in money would there be between say, black/silver and Imola when selling?

Its got to be fairly hefty I would've thought. I suppose a minimum of £4-5k seems likely. When I bought my Misano Red RS6 Avant, it was a one owner 11,000 mile car and I paid £4k less than a slightly older, higher mileage Silver one at the same dealership. When I enquired why, it was put down to colour. Apparently, Misano is viewed as being a bit too 'bright' for your average RS6 owner. I personally like it, but its all subjective.

Of course, if you saw a used Imola at an Audi dealership, they would tell you that it was the 'in thing' and that people were falling over themselves to buy it.

I toyed with the idea of Daytona grey myself, but seeing the pictures on this site somewhere - it looked a bit disappointing.

Still probably the best colour for resale though.

Over last few days seen number of B7's at my local dealer, great to see the colours for real on the actual cars now. Daytona and Avus really look the DB's. Class and in keeping with the understated theme of Audi.

Pretty common comment at dealerships....but the RS6 in red is lovely and you purchase at a lower price and sell similarly, so pretty much balances itself out.
