Speed limiters.

Last I heard was that German car makers have withdrawn the EU speed limiters.... if so, why is the new RS4 limited at 155mph?

Anybody know if the limiter is "real" or just a on paper figure?

Probably a paper 155 much like the RS4 and RS6 were... Both managed 175 without any trouble.
