RS4 Plus...???

I called into my local Audi dealer yesterday to buy a few mundane parts (a total of £17.63!).
I got chatting to the Parts Manager, who knows me well, and I asked if they were able to source any parts for the B7 RS4 yet, and he proceeded to show me that he could even price me up the turbos, yes the TURBOS!!!
He also confirmed the speculation about the RS4+, but maybe it's just wishful thinking.
So what do you make of that guys...?

My brochure for the new RS4 states it has front air ducts 'for the supercharged V8 engine'.......bit of a drop off in such a fine brochure,.....or is it??

Its a pretty busy engine bay already. That's why they put the battery in the boot.

There's an explanation behind the mistakes in the brochure..... Bits got lost/added in the translation and the proof readers 'overlooked' those points.
I can assure you that they are mistakes and not indications of what is, was, or supposed to have been.

hmmm...interesting...
Well the German word for "supercharger" is "Supercharger" (all nouns have capital first letters), so I wonder what was lost in the translation there...?
The parts list I was shown definitely showed 2 turbos (not a supercharger) - aha! so that's what's lost in the translation - maybe the word supercharger was used in the more generic sense.
Phil - do you have access to the original German text?

I thought Kompressor was German for Supercharger as shown on Mercedes cars.

Looks like MTM have already decided that the 4.2 V8/414 BHP isn't going to be quick enough and have decided to go their own route with superchargers/kompressors

"mtmfrance" is a privately-funded local licensee of the german MTM brand.
As for all local distributors (ie. not fully-owned subsidiaries), there could be translation issues so you may want to double-check directly with the real MTM company in Germany.
