dealer allocations?

I am in the US, and am currently #7, and #8 on the wait list for the RS4 respectively at two different dealerships. I am being told conflicting information by the dealers. One states the expect to receive only about two to three cars in total. The other states there should be no problem with my getting a car, and they expect to get a couple a month throughout the year. Both are RS experienced dealers.
Which of these is closer to the truth for those of you that live in countries who are fortunate enough to have started to receive RS4 deliveries?
Thank you.

The few that I have spoken to over here mumble "about 5" as a very rough estimate. I would hazard a guess that the first dealer may be more accurate, a couple a month all year sounds a bit plentiful, in fact I hope that's not the case in the UK! Who knows, there seems to be no rhyme or reason for the way our dealers operate, not sure about the States though.

I have a deposit on one myself and was first told they had 7 on order, but stopped in today to be told they still don't have allocations yet nor pricing, but there was less orders now than she thought. Still not sure if this car is going to be worth all the extra money. S4 already is pretty nice.

The dealer was in Connecticut and that's my feeling as well. You can almost by 2 American Muscle cars or for arguments sake a $45,000 Chrysler SRT8 for your 420 hp sedan and a Honda S2000 for your 2 seater Roadster convertible at $32000 and have 2 toys for about the same price.
Still so torn.
