I have a RS4 on order and am having trouble identifying the colour Pearl Nappa/Race C loth option on the RS4 seats. Does any one know of any photos of this option??...is Pear Nappa/Race Cloth like the RS4 at the Geneva launch??. Is Pearl Nappa a Black or Grey colour?. I am not resident in the UK and finding it hard to get information. Help appreciated

I would imagine that pearl is a cream / silver colour, nappa is obviously the leather finish (fine grain), not sure what the race cloth is, probably similar in spec to hi-tec for the original RS4?? Can your local dealer not help out?

Thanks Nige I am not in the UK,our local dealers don't have the info,I have been given a sample that is black....I don't think that is Pearl Nappa...just want to get it right.(no suprises when I get the car). I won't comment on Audi Customer "Services" non- help!!!. Thanks for your interest.

I looked into this a bit more, and it would appear that peal nappa is a different type of leather to the current silk nappa - it doesn't seem to have any relevance to the colour - this is an extract from the interior options list for the new RS4;

• Silk Nappa leather - Silver
• Valcona leather upholstery
• Silk Nappa leather upholstery
• Silk Nappa leather - Black
• Valcona leather - Black metallic
• Race cloth/Pearl Nappa leather upholstery
• Race cloth/Pearl Nappa - Black
