Guess what gets their choice
Pitch M3 CS vs RS4 in Germany - lots of praise for the RS, say its the best RS Audi have produced but M3 gets the nod, although they say they will reserve ultimate judgement for British roads.
There is also a profile of RS buyers, and it says that the traditional RS buyer prefers turbo torque to high revving N/A engines...

I've always thought there are two certainties in this world......
Apple Ipods always win group tests against every other player in the world even tho the iPod is more expensive, has less features and comes with crappy head phones.....
the other is....
You simply cant get better than an M3 according to magazines, and everyone needs a car that will throw itself off the road in the wet!.......
So can Audi every produce a car better than a M3..... personally I love the whole styling and quality of what Audi are doing even though it would have been nice to have a blown RS4......

It's only British magazines that favour the M3 as a rule.

The autocar website gives the Audi a great write up! If only Audi would say when the car will be available in the UK.

I was at Listers Worcester, asking about the expected launch, and they expect December 05.
However the sales person then went on to describe the superb performance of the turbo charged engine!!
Doh!

For those of you yearning for the new RS4 Avant, accoring to Autocar (
