Are there any about yet?

Some bods suggested the Avant would appear at Geneva but not as far as I can see...

None as yet.

Most rumors were that it would NOT appear at Geneva, but be debuted at another 25 Quattro event just before official delivery/launch of the RS4 this summer.

But you know how rumors go.....

Well, the car was actually not supposed to appear at the Geneva Convention. That is true, no rumor. However, the car was miraculously completed ahead of schedule. It wasn't that Audi didn't want it at the Geneva Convention, but they didn't think it was possible. Since the car was completed, a spot was slipped in for the RS4 B7 and there you have it. The B7 hits the Geneva Convention Showroom.

The people on the Audi stand said 1st quarter 2006 for the Avant, but AUDI|RS4 should know, he works for Audi

Thanks RS4ever. It was finished ahead of schedule. The car was completed and a spot was reserved, however, the Avant never reached the showroom. I still think the Saloon reaching the showroom is enough to give people a look.

Interesting. My contact told me 12 months ago is would be at Geneva.

I do not know why the Avant was not brought into the showroom. I might guess that my contact was told that it would be there but Audi must have found a problem either within the car or about the car. That is the only explanation i can think of unless you know something different.

The last news I heard was the UK should be getting the Saloon around Q3/Q4 and the Avant Q1/Q2
