New RS4 Possible??

Does anyone know or hear any news about a new RS4 on the current model in the near future from Audi? Or the current RS4(B5) will be the last one ever?

There is speculation of a new RS4 in 2005, but i think its not gonna happen, due to the new emissionn laws in the ECC, if they do one it will be a normally aspirated V10 or somthing like that.
But its good for present RS4 owners on price rententions.

We were talking about it last time I was at your place JR, so I asked my friendly dealer again.
He reckons at the UK launch of the new S4, it was suggested that there would be a new RS4 around 2005/2006.
If I do not really like the new S4 when I test it, I will put a deposit on the next RS4 and the dealer is happy with this arrangement.
Time will tell I suppose.
