Coding out front brake pad sensors

Re: Coding out front brake pad sensors
I don’t have easy Vagcom access, but had the same issue. After some research I discovered there is a wire you can tap and ground in the passenger footwell that will turn off the warning light. Very easy, took about 10 minutes.

Re: Coding out front brake pad sensors
A couple of notes:
-The wire you are looking for is on the passenger's side of RHD models, on the side farthest from the center. Between the door opening and where the dead pedal would be if it were a LHD.
-I did not cut any wires like the OP suggested. Instead I just used a wire T-tap. That way it is easily reversible if you ever wanted to do that.
Feel free to let me know if you have any questions, glad to help.
