Front bumper

Hi all

I’m gonna be changing my front bumper in a few weeks times and was wondering if there is a how to guide and would anyone know if there is a kit of all the fixtures that can be sourced from anywhere? As when the bumper was removed a couple of years ago it was found that one of the previous owners had done a proper cowboy job putting it back on and some of the fittings used were not standard.
