B7 Engine block!

Hello

Does anyone know of a good block please? Car was using a lot of oil and on inspection current block has markings, possibly from water ingress whilst not being driven for a while and I’m told cylinders too close together for bore and relining, head and other parts are generally good.
If not a block I’d look at a whole engine again.
Any help most appreciated.
