Inlet Manifold Flaps or Software question?

I can't remember when I first noticed the very slight hesitation when cold. I've always assumed this was due to the inlet flaps being removed when it was carbon cleaned prior to my ownership.

It's absolutely fine once warm but after several years of ownership & expanding my knowledge, I'm wondering if the flaps have been removed & instead it's because I'm running SW0080.

The invoice when the CC was quite big including a Miltec & gutting the pre-cats but doesn't specifically mention s de-flap but I perhaps wrongly assumed it was done?

The arms seem to be there but is there a definitive way to physically check short of removing the manifold?

From what I've read there are plugs which need removing to access the screws on the flaps to remove them. When the plugs are reinstated do they look different?

Could someone who has had their flaps deleted post a pic as per above so I can compare to see if there are any obvious differences?
