I had an MRC stage 2 done a few years ago, and the rolling road figure ended up as 434 PS and 488Nm (359lf/ft) torque. I'm considering having precats gutted and a sports exhaust (though for the latter I don't want vat amounts of greater volume, so something like a Milltek resonated set, maybe.)

Any ballpark idea as to what gains I might reasonably hope for from each/both?
