E10 petrol
Do any of you here use E10 petrol in your B7 RS4s? So instead of the premium stuff eg. Shell V-Power, you top up with the standard grade. For those of you who do, any noticeable difference in performance of the engine? Thanks
Re: E10 petrol
I always thought lower octane petrol made the engine feel a little sluggish, but this could have been because I was expecting it. I believe that you only get full power from higher-octane fuel.

Re: E10 petrol
My RS4 (B8) runs only on E5 - either Shell V Power (occasionally), Tesco 99 Momentum (most of the time), or Esso Synergy + 99 (some of the time). I've not noticed any difference at all in performance between the three, although my wallet prefers Tesco 99 Momentum, then Esso Synergy + 99. Plus you get Club Card points with Tesco (and some Esso Tesco Express Garages) with money off vouchers every few months which can be used for fuel purchases....
Re: E10 petrol
MRC recommend V power or momentum

The manual states that 95 RON can be used, but with reduced power output. 98 Minimum RON is specified.
