Rough idle, no power and exhaust gone quiet

Help needed!!!

Haven’t really had much time to look at the car but had this problem for some time now and want to get to the bottom of it

Car lacks any power at all, terrible to drive, exhaust note is much quieter than normal, tailpipes are black so seems to be running rich

If the throttle is blipped in neutral the revs hang more than normal and it seems a little slow to act

Injectors have been out, cleaned and tested, new plugs and coils, vacuum is good

The car done this last year just before I had my clutch done, at the same time my crank position sensor was replaced as the end was damaged, when I got the car back all was good

I have changed the cps again but no change, only other thing is the upstream lambda sensors were removed when the clutch was done so wonder if something there is causing an issue

It’s not a misfire at idle more of a stumble and just not smooth

Also the oil temp comes up quicker and sits higher than normal

I have VCDS so any help would be great
