B7 RS4 Avant Misano Red for sale!

Hi All.

For sale is my much loved B7 RS4 Avant in Misano Red with Ivory Leather, in my opinion the best colour combination you can buy.

The car is currently for sale on a sale or return basis with a local dealer and you can see the full advert below. I need to point out this price is inflated as it includes a good chunk of dealer margin as well as the cost of the dealer providing a 12 month warranty which he advised is £2,300 which has therefore been added to the purchase price. As a result there's plenty of room for manoeuvre on a private sale.

As you can see from the advert the car had a new engine under warranty at 49k miles so the engine has only covered just under 40k (the ad is wrong as it states 20k). No expense has been spared on the car. All work and invoices are documented with full service history.

A car like this will only go up in value over time but it is time I am afraid for me to get something that is just a little bit bigger as I am tall and my kids are growing up fast and is becoming quite a snug fit for a family car.

A couple of things I missed off, previous owner put in a new head unit which includes Apple Car Play etc, I have the original head unit including Nav etc which will go with the car. Also the number plate is included. Thanks

Good luck with that. You’re miles away at that price and I’d be amazed if it sells at anything near that.

I did explain in the OP that price was inflated and unrealistic as it included dealer margin and warranty which they claim was a huge cost to add on top which I don't need to provide privately so a private sale would be clearly different.

The price on that ad is not really relevant, if someone likes it then it is worth a discussion. The right buyer for this kind of car is as important as the sale price for me... (almost )

Just a few pointers -
1.) Cut the long dealer story and just name a price
2.) There’s a For Sale area on the site
3.) …which you’d have know if your first post wasn’t trying to sell. That’s obvious so…
4.) Would help if you said how long you’ve had the car for, and what work was done under your ownership
5.) Maybe I’m missing things, but strange no pictures of the engine bay
6.) Has the gear knob been painted white?!
The dealer ad is just word wank. I’d post your own thread, in the classified, with your photos, story and price.

Thanks for your reply. As you mentioned it's my first time on the forum and din;t realise it had a classified section. I will repost and take in to account your points which are very valid.
