Hi, probably been asked before but does the decarbonising using hydrogen work on the b7 engine and are there any risks to the engine?

Unfortunately gas/vapor won't cut iit. There is no substitute for good old fashioned take it apart and hands on cleaning...
I got mine done by Regal Autospot in Southampton. Know thir stuff, very helpful, and workshop was spotless, not like some ive been to.
They used a polymer bead shot system, de-flap and remap. They even send pictures...it was really coked up! Hp went front 364 to over 400. The difference was huge...2 years later she still runs smooth.
You can't cut corners on a de-carbon.
