Someone reming me of the ‘things to do’.

I need new inlays one day as the carbon ones are all crackerd. Gotta get seat bolster fixed. Zorst mod. Needs undertray and osf inspection panel. Spacers. A bit of personalising with VCDS. Oh and the lever in the boot to ‘raise’ the ‘roof Storage compartment floor’ isnt workng.

Snap!
I returned to the B7 fold with a vert a couple of months ago. Mav8 Kindly helped out with a little VCDS Fettling and I have refurbed the alloys and detailed her.
Colour-wise she’s the twin of yours.

Enjoy!

Only used VCDS to upgrade to 'AUX in' on the RNSE so I can link to my iPhone via the TV port in the unit. Keeping it original as best I can. Replaced 2 coil packs as they showed random errors and a new fuel pump.
Needs a de-coke and potentially front passenger shock will need replacing. Saying that, it flew through its last MOT in June with no advisories.

I don’t have sport seats or FBSW, so may add the latter if I can find one. Not concerned about sports seats really, they still seem popular to steal.

Hey

Nice of you to ask.

Going well. No real mods yet as skint but disconnected zorst valves and changed to orange Osram drl’s 😁

‘Maintenance’ stuff done: New wipers, spare key, batt and sat nav disc all done. Also took it for a health check and they thankfully they only found stuff i knew of (discs/pads/fluid etc) plus aircon not working and needs top upper susp arms.

So, as the focus for now is just to get it all working as it should, gonna book it in for service, headlight bulbs (flickering), aircon fix, susp arms sorted and OSF wheel liner replacement (missing). Fella i bought it from was a star and sent me through the undertray which was missing...cheers Ed...so thats fitted as well. Then discs/pads/fluid are urgent so theyll be next.

Then, next yr / when funds allow: gotta change Expansion/header tank, propshaft (summink loose inside - rattles) and fix roof storage compartment (lever dsnt work)...and seat bolster (ripped).

Then...Wheels refurbed, centre res delete, and hopefully, get it detailed.

The list is long...but once working as it should, the cosmetic stuff can be done as/when.

A good list to result in a smart motor.

I discovered one of the clutch switches isn’t working as cruise control doesn’t work, so replacing both.
Also, my driver side speaker cover is cracked so ordered a new one of those.

Had a TPMS fail and cause a slow puncture, so replaced that.

I have pulled my back so not going to be diving into the footwell anytime soon!
