Rear suspension arm bushes

I've tried looking throughout the forum and more but can't find part numbers for a couple of rear suspension arm bushes.

I'm having trouble trying to find the lower inner wishbone bushes explicitly for the B7 RS4 Saloon (as below)

Managed to find part numbers for the other bushes and arm replacements so should be OK with those.

Getting to the question... Is there any difference between:
1. RS4 Cab parts. I can find P/N for these but why isn't the Saloon listed too? Can only think they're slightly different?
2. A4 B6 or A6 C6 parts . Am I to believe these cars share common parts, especially the rear lower wishbone (P/N 8E0505311AF left, 8E0505312AF right) ? Would it be OK to use these parts from the S or RS variants?

I'm planning to replace all the rear bushes along with H&R ARBs. Potentially with new suspension too. Looking at Koni shocks tuned by CRS Performance (Shockerboy) with H&R 20mm lowering springs as a good option.

Thanks, Al

Thanks James, hadn't seen the whole kit before and I'm sure these will work fine but I've always wondered why they don't list the B7 Avant or Saloon for these parts, even on Meyle own site? I guess it's just one of those things, i'll get over it... :drink:

I thought the same when ordering it said does not fit, but when I checked the part number of the lower arm it was the same for other models

Gents,
having just purchased an Avant, it has been a taken to a specialist who amongst a list of other items has identified that bushes on front suspension are done and need replacing. To do this they are advising that each of:

Front drop links, lower straight arms, lower rear arms, 4 upper arms need replacing at a cost of including labour of £2,300. Rationale being that pressing bushes out of old components and then replacing old parts will likely result in failure down the line. The DRC is in situ and is fine.

I am no suspension expert but feels somewhat overkill so keen on any thoughts if you have encountered the same.

Many thanks

As a cost guide I bought the Meyle 12 piece front kit 1160500085/HD for £375, cost to fit by an independent garage was £675. There are a few threads on here that cover the difficulties with pinch bolts and this added to the fitting cost. £2,300 seems steep...

Brownm,

Many thanks. Will have a look at that. Not sure where you are located but if South East, would like to know which garage you used.

Cheers

I’m 500 miles north, NE Scotland, suspect you will have to pay a premium, unless some SE members can suggest good independents down your way.
