Is my clutch on its way out?

Post by luckejuin » Fri May 08, 2020 10:21 am

Feels funny...also i have some play in it..when i press the pedal it goes down little nothing happens then it engages...

Feels little low..

Thinking i can maybe save my flywheel if i catch a failure early..

Clutch is £1k fitted and flywheel if £1k. From audi.

Like a bit of dead travel? Then a sort of notch before the clutch disengages?

If so, my one has done this for a few years now. The clutch still works although it does start returning a little slowly if you rev the engine all the way to the redline.

Might be worth bleeding the clutch, people have had good results from just doing that on here.
