Arm rest lid, leather match / swap leather onto new lid?

Hi all,

Need a new lid. Lots of cheap options on ebay. But the RS4 black leather isn't really black, i forget the name of the colour?

Any guidance on where to get a matching lid?

Or, how about buying a cheap lid and swapping the leather over?
