I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to what the best option is re: code reading. What hardware/software do I need for the RS? I'm looking for a device that can also plug in to our R32 and b5 S4.

MRC keep both Audi's in fine fettle but I'd like to keep on top of scanning when the EML makes an appearance on one of the three cars.

Not sure about Vagcom but I keep a £3.99 ebay code reader in all my cars, works via bluetooth and a free app.
Wont do more than tell you the code but I've found it useful to have.
