Backbox Delete???

Hi
I have replaced the centre res with 2 straight pipes and I have a nice v8 rumble...but I want more.
Has anyone also removed the backbox’s...completely. Pipe all the way through. Rather than Milltek etc.
Thoughts?

No, but I did start and Rev my car a little bit with just the decat downpipes on and it was very loud

I'm in the same position, I've removed the resonator and although better, I'd like more too.

Seems the consensus is that it'd sound <beep>. The best compromise on sound vs £ being gutted pre-cats with deleted secondaries/resonator.

Surely the engine needs a certain amount of back pressure? It would run like a dog no?

Your wheels and tyres look a bit fooked.
You still have some resonators up front though. Is there a valve to switch between no backbox and back box or does some pass through the backbox or not?

Lol ride was a bit harsh
Works the same as OEM via the sport button switching between back box or straight through the aux pipes

It was made by Badger at Hard knock speed
Shop Bicester,can’t remember exactly how much but was about the same as a miltek ,but I knew a couple of other lads who had systems built.some pics of his work
