Like yourself i had no joy so bought a sample off ebay, good colour match. Bit fiddly but its doable in 10 minutes and makes hell of a difference.

I could be mistaken but I think a couple of the folks that refresh the engine covers in North America use the “RS piece” from the rear Door Emblems for thismf51y wrote:Hi

Just done mine with the wrap mentioned above.
Came out OK considering I don't have the steadiest of hands...

Dont suppose anyone has a simple fix for a starting to wear sport button on steering wheel. A replacement comes as a complete unit!!!

No such fix exists. You have to buy a whole new trim piece.
