My radio has started to have really bad reception and I've read it's down to the rnse getting old , I've been looking at getting a new black surround one but unsure which one,

Can you get one that's a straight swap? Can do VCDS programming so that's no problem

I've been looking at 2 on ebay but unsure on which one to go for
