Rear Tow bolts

Hi all went to get the tracking done on the 4 yesterday and the rear tow bolts would not budge. Anyone got any tips on how to get these moving??

Just buy new ones, due to how they have two big grooves to holt the eccentric washer they will most likely twist if they are really seized they aren’t mega money.
