Manifold delete kit

Post by maizyboy » Tue Mar 19, 2019 9:01 pm

Hi all, had mine in for a carbon clean around 18 months ago, got a hug increase in power on the back of it. I am still getting engine management lights on intermittently , seemingly related to back to inlet manifold. I see some chatter around delete kits ( seem to be only available from the US , why ? ) Have any other members done this, where did you source, what was the upside / downside , what's involved with re-programming the ECU ? Any help would be appreciated. Car runs fine with the engine management lights on but this will now result in an MOT fail so needs done I Think.

Just take the manifold off. Let the car breath freely. Don’t need it.
