Non-racing tyres

hi all,

We are slowly coming out of the Finnish winter and I am starting to think about summer tyres. I am using 265/30/19 on 10x19 ultraleggeras but when I look at the common options everybody is recommending Supersports and other "racing oriented" rubber. As I am not a racer I have however other requirements:

Important:
- Good rain/wet/cold performance
- Low noise/Soft sidewall

Good to have:
- Rim protection (if possible)
- "Squared stance" (don't like stretch)

Dont care:
- Durability (we do 5k km a year)

I know that the michelins are the best all rounders but I was thinking if other options are sensible and maybe even cheaper for my use case.

GY F1 assyms. They're better in the wet and slightly more durable, I've run two sets of both. If it were summery more it's the Mitchy PSS but for wet stuff, I prefer the GY F1s.

I had The Goodyears on and changed to Pilot S4S* last year. The Michelin's are slightly better in the wet and from cold (though it isn't night and day), but so much better in the dry that it surprises me. They ride less well though.

*S4S is supposed to be a much better all rounder than the old Supersport that it replaces.

I run uni Royal rain sport 3s on my car plenty of grip in the dry and excellent in the wet. They are reasonably priced aswell
