Smokey Rs4 and a few problems

Ok the old girl has done 129K as of today. When i got the car it had just had a MOT and the garage said the car was a little smokey and the garage said its normal for this car especialy as he ownes one and his is the same.
When i pull her out the garage and it is just on idle its noticeable and also when at the lights and you look in the mirror.
The car does not like to go in 1st gear when its cold the engine but once the max 7000 RPM goes out it goes in fine. Its also jerky from 1St to 2nd unless you take it slow and let the revs of and catch the clutch or full on 8000RPM change fast. There is no slipping in the clutch and it sets of in second fine, a little test i seen online and tried. . Would you think the gearbox oil needs to be changes as it is to thick when the car is not warmed and the oil ?
I found out by a post on here that i need the top and lower clutch swith replacing as mine does not start by pressing it once and also the cruise controll dont work.
The car is in for new pads and disks to be skimmed this saturday and they said they can fit a new clutch for £700 and its a better clutch than standard, cant remember the name of the clutch but if someone mentioned the name i would probably remember as im crap with names.Lux comes to mind but i might be wrong as there was two names he offerd
I have cracks on the leather and found a guy on the internet he quoted me £240 for all seats to be repaired and also re died and sealed. i thaught this was cheap and i seen his site and he has done alot of performance cars with before and after.
Carbon clean is in for the end of february they quoted £400 or if its bad another hours labour so £450 and thats for the wallnut blast. he is local to me and like 2 mins away every outher price was over 1K and 20 miles away minimum. Im also going to get the terra clean for anything back from inlet valves as there must be alot of carbon back through the system.
When i have full lock on and turn round in the courtyard to put the car in the garage there is a wired judder turning, but it only does this when turning round full lock. Is this the 4 wheel drive judder where the tyre treads are different ?
Sorry for all the questions its just i dont want to get into spending all this money to be dissapointed and waste money and time. I paid £11500 for the car at 128k and seen it as a project to make as good as new and keep till 200K plus. Its a dream car since i seen it on top gear vs the mountain climbers. Im 35 and want to keep it till im 40 at least
