Blue smoke

Took car out this morning! Then got a brekkie and sat with car idling for about 10 mins and noticed loads of blue smoke coming out back! Put me foot down and drove off and it cleared! But let her idle again today and still doing it! Never done it before Any ideas?

I had mine do the same thing after a long time on idle after jump starting a friend! In my case it was some old failing O2’s and changed all 4 - and no issue ever again, good luck.
