Cd changer

Hi folks,

I’ve got my rnse on eBay and someone has asked about the cd changer. How much would it be worth with the rnse and is it easy to remove?

Same keys you use to remove the RNSE.

There are loads about though so can’t imagine they are worth a great deal.

Bollocks, I returned them to Halfords

Would it be worth £50 or not even that? I’m assuming it will leave a gaping whole once it’s removed? Is there a plate that can cover this or it a new glovebox needed?

No you take it out, use it as an extra pocket in the glove box. It should still have a back to the glove box just has a small hole in it where the cable goes through.

They are not very well held in so maybe give it a wiggle and a tug and it may come out.

Try your luck at £50. He can always knock you down.

I had a quick look on eBay and it just looked like an extra space once it’s taken out. As I’m a Scotsman and like to hold onto my money, I returned my keys after I removed my Rns-e so I’ll give your wiggle theory a try. Save me having to buy more keys, remove it in the car park and return them again

I’ve said he can have both for £240 plus postage so will see what he says. Thanks for your help

I have replaced it with a Sony CarPlay unit, it’s all on my build thread.
