Replacing rear parking sensor - bumper off job?

Hi all,

As above..
Has anyone replaced their rear parking sensors?
Got to replace the inner left one and wondering if its a bumper off effort?

I just recently replaced the inner right one. There’s no way you would manage to do it with the bumper on but I did manage to do it by releasing the side I needed off which gave me enough room to replace it.
