B7 Insurance

Post by D8MEY » Tue Oct 09, 2018 9:48 pm

Hi All

First RS4 being picked up this weekend. Can anyone advise me which insurance copies to contact other than what comes up on the comparison websites?

Thanks!

Dom

Will greatly depend on your area. (Postcode) I am with Greenlight. Saved a hefty amount on renewal. (My track car is with them) sky are good. Also try Reis insurance.

Was with Admiral last year, then moved to Adrian Flux this year. Broadly similar to be honest.

Admiral for me too. Came up real cheap but i have another car with them too (BMW 535D). Adding the RS4 dropped my insurance.

It was £1600 for the BMW, then supposedly £680 for the RS4 (Total £2280) but when combined dropped the total to £1300 - so got a refund by adding the RS?!?! crazy.

I had zero no claims as i'd been living in the US for the last 5yrs - if anyone was wondering why so high!

Admiral for me too. Was with Hastings before but they upped my premium by 200 quid for no reason at all.
