Worn tie-rod or a suspension bush on its way out possibly.

Thanks for your reply. Could it be DRC?

It doesn't sound like the symptoms of DRC failure which would be more of a knocking/rattling over bumps. However, easy enough to check for oil residue on your dampers or leaks on the DRC pipework suggesting loss of pressure.

A creak is more likely to be a suspension or steering bush, tie rod or possibly the rack itself

Hi rthere , I replace a lot of DRC systems and i have experienced Creaking from one of the DRC shocks , it was almost out of oil and the inner shaft Piston seal had overheated and made a creak , there will be signs of oil everywhere however . If not definately worn Suspension or steering component .
Another simple problem is Dirt and debris from the road sitting in the spring seat and scratching against the Spring seat or spring , simply spray WD 40 around the spring top and bottom seat . its no cost and could tell you where the issue is ( or isnt of course )
