To V8 or not to V8?

Post by super7 » Fri Sep 21, 2018 8:08 pm

Seen quite a few B7s with the ‘V8’ chrome badges under the side repeater.

I’m 99% certain it was never original, but I think it looks pretty good. I’m conflicted, stay orignal or add the V8 side badges?

I know it’s my car, do what I want etc - but I wanted to get a check on the general consensus. Thoughts?

Think the V8 was standard on RS4's in the States? Or possibly an option over there at least.

I think it looks better without. The soundtrack gives the game away enough already.

Seems like a resounding 'Not' from everyone. Like i said i was split on it it, not being original was a drawback. That's decided then no extra badges!! :)

Aren't these standard on the S4?

Even so they just look tacky IMO.
