YF56 RRY - anyone know this black avant?

Hi, doing some research on a car I might go look at. Its a black RS4 avant with 121k miles on it. Looks ok in the pictures I've been sent, MOT history is...ok.

It looks like its still on the DRC and MOT history states misting a few years back. Currently being sold by a trader.

The trader tells me that there is documented SH but nothing in there to say the clutch has ever been done. The car has done 121k, surely this won't be on its original clutch? I guess if its been a motorway cruiser it could be.....But I guess it won't have much life left.
