Reverse camera fitted to B7 RS4 Avant with mk2 RNS-E?

Hopefully someone here has already done this and can give me some advice please?

I have a Sprint Blue 2007 B7 RS4 Avant. I currently have the RNS-E fitted but am about to upgrade to the 2010+ Mk2 system with AMI. I have the 8P0 AMI already, VCDS and the adaptor lead from Kuffatec. I am about to pull the trigger and buy a Mk2 RNS-E. I really like the idea of having a reverse camera too, so have been looking for a mk2 RNS-E with the RFSL pin. I am told this is what I need for the auto-switching for when you connect a reverse camera.

I was hoping to find a 193G unit, but cant find one with the RFSL. I have found a unit for sale that is part number: 8P0035193B. I know I have to swap the surround to fit my car. It has the matt screen surround which I prefer to the glossy black one. It has the Media button, so this leads me to believe it is Mk2 with the higher quality screen and better internal electronics. More importantly it has the RFSL pin for reverse camera. Does it matter that it is H03 and not H07? It is SW:0150, but have been told this will update to 220 when I put in the latest map disc. Is his true? I don't want to be missing out on anything by not buying a newer unit.

Lastly has anyone connected a camera? What did you buy to make it work?

Who is Jon? Does he do the camera fitment? If so, any contact details?

No Jon is a member on here that has done this on his car. Look in the members ride section.
