Mine didn’t knock At all until brakes were swapped over from doner car. I’ll update with how we get on

Currently remapped vw caddy
& 2009 rs4 saloon, TTS supercharged, mrc mapped, miltek catback, kwv3, h&r arbs, gutted precats, ceramic brakes 610bhp 👍

Update......
This is now fixed. Garage that swapped the brakes between cars fitted the springs on pads wrong.
The spring fits from the middle of calliper, and goes down to holes in bottom of pads. Not the other way round

It’s not that clear with wheel on and I don’t have time to take it off. But the pic shows the bottom of calliper. Spring located around center of calliper and down to the holes at bottom of pads

You can just see on the rught if this pic the spring is going from centre upto top of pad. This was causing the knock. Spring should be opposite of this pic
