Front seats, 2 sets stolen

Had my car in the garage for a while now whilst diagnosing an issue, waiting for parts etc.

Got the dreaded call this morning. Some <choice words here> have broken into the garage and nicked my front seats, as well as a set from another car which was waiting for some work as well :( Oh well, they only broke one of my windows :roll:

So, if you see any online in the next few days, or something looks too good to be true, then they are probably from this theft :evil:

Obviously gutted. Anyway, stay safe and keep an eye on yours!

Not sure if I should say? Will PM you. I bought the car from them, have it serviced there, trust them completely, and it was in a secure compound behind their building, well hidden etc. Suffice to say they are as shocked and pissed off as I am.

I guess the next logical question, considering it will be on their insurance, is what's the deal with getting new ones? Anyone had any luck, or is that it and I've got to resort to a different product?

I'm in Surrey, near Ascot/Windsor, and the car was being worked on in Iver, in Buckinghamshire

Unbelievable. Quite a few sets on ebay between 2-3K. I'd rather have a set of these then have the car written off.

Not good when you have your car broken into when it's having work done. Let's hope they sort it out for you. They have a good reputation, but I wasn't happy being messed about by them.

One set in particular looks very familiar...

Just got off the phone with them and fortunately it sounds like their insurance will handle it. Waiting for the final verdict...

Then, straight down to getting a proper alarm in there

Try and strike a deal with the insurers. I'm sure they'd rather pay you 3K for seats than ,15K for the car.
