Ceramic Disc Bolts

Looking for a bit of advice guys.
A while back there was a post stating service campaigns. One was 46F2: Replace bolts securing ceramic discs to hub.
During my Bilsteins being fitted, the guy that was fitting them noticed one of the bolt heads missing and some were loose. So they were tightened back to 14Nm and long story short, a brake specialist had a look, changed one of the bolts, but said that it looks like the bolts are corroded.
I called Audi UK with VIN but they said there wasnt a recall on my car. Looking into things more in depth, i think the ceramics were added after the build after reading the spec of order of the car. I have receipts of the kits bought for the car. If this is an audi kit, surely they are liable for changing the bolts on separate kits bought and not just on car builds?
Where do you think i stand, as i like to have a perfect car and want these bolts changed, but at £55 a bolt.....there being 10 per hub, its a pricey change.
I have written a letter to Audi UK but have just read through the order spec and have come to the conclusion that they say mine was not due for a recall as it never had ceramics fitted from the build.
Cheers
