Alright people,
Just after your knowledge. I have fitted these pads to the car all round but noticed they dont have backing pads/plates like the oem ones, should they have them?

I just fitted the DS2500 with the larger JH discs, and they would not fit! The wheels would not turn. I am currently running them without the backing plates.. and after they wear down a little will re-install the OWM backing plates. If you don't use them, the pads will "walk" (move up and down and the noise will drive you crazy).

Thanks for that mate,
I have a slight judder under light braking but just oress the pedal that little more an it goes, never had it before these pads so wondered if it could be because of the shims missing.
