You either need lambda spacers (I’ve got a pair for sale) or a remap

From MRC website:
PRECAT REMOVAL
Removal, or gutting, of precats from your standard downpipes. The 400 cell precats are removed leaving your 200 cell main cats giving you a lot less restrictive pair of downpipes. Lambda sensors are left in original positions.
*Requires a Stage 2 remap, as the rear lambdas are used to test for precat efficiency and this will fail the test if not coded.

the rules are or are going to change regarding engine lights[not sure if they have implemented this yet] it can fail if one is illuminated
if it doesnt come on right away turn it off before you drop it into the testing station for now

I've gutted mine and no remap but I do have spacers fitted I've heard they can pass the emissions test but you got to get the car up to temp before they test it
