Engine carbon fiber

Post by Lukes3 » Wed Feb 21, 2018 9:08 pm

As some of you know i have the tts charger kit on mine, but with this fitted the oem engine carbon doesn't fit,
Might sound silly but i sort of miss it, i still have it all but just need ideas what i could do to maybe make it fit? Or maybe have somthing made up?
What you think?

I think you should take the charger off and give it to me, then the carbon will fit again.

In the unlikely event you’re not keen on that idea, I’d get something made up, maybe down the centre?

Mock up something in cardboard and have one made (using lacquer that wont go yellow), or if you fancy it buy a kit and have a go making your own. That’s my plan when i get a tts kit anyhow :)

Shame. Well for me anyway, haha. Yes was thinking along the B8 RS4/5 lines. Could work and break up the big black box across the top a bit.

How would this work mike?
Would it be a clip on type thing or stuck on?
