e.g want parts are needed.

I know that the R8 setup is common but just wanting as much info i can to aid with part purchases as i was gonna buy new rear OEM discs this week but dont want to if i can spend that money more wisely on doing this and need a different rear disc for the r8 4 pot cal .

You have to buy the
Main rear caliper
hand brake caliper
Disc
Plus handbrake cable i think i am looking into it as well and have stuff already.

Still static. offer a rear brake kit that allows fitment of R8 4 pot callipers and R8 handbrake calliper with 356mm R8 disc, the kit comes with all bracketry required, brake lines, fittings, adapter to relocate the handbrake cable angle on the calliper.

The kit costs £545 inc vat shipped.

Hope this helps

Pretty much as above.

The handbrake calipers can be difficult to track down and will probably take you a while to find.

The disks are 356 but i can't remember which model they were off when i purchased mine (wasn't an R8), I've sent a message so will let you know when I hear back.

Brackets were from Still Static and included everything including new longer hoses. Just don't ride too low (you're on air right?) as mine had worn through the outer rubber and a new set wasn't cheap. I actually had a another set made up that were longer and had right angles on both ends so I could run them differently.

I did have to grind back the handbrake cable on one side but wasn't a big deal and just did it with a Dremel. The R8's had a hook at the end of their cables but the SStatic kit ships with an adapter to work with the RS4 ball ends. No need to replace the cables.
